We're open 7 days a week from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM at both locations. This gives you plenty of flexibility to schedule your wellness treatments around your busy lifestyle.

Our massage sessions range from 45 to 90 minutes depending on the service. Thai massage, Swedish massage, and deep tissue massage are available in 60-90 minute sessions, while cupping and Gua-Sha therapies are 45-60 minutes. Hot stone massage sessions are 75-90 minutes.
